IWEDT Group is the international platform behind PAAS: a bionic-inspired, chemical-free approach to water, air and environmental treatment. Within the platform, technology developers, licensees, knowledge partners and specialised implementation partners work together on solutions that technologically mimic, amplify and intelligently control natural purification principles.
IWEDT Group brings intellectual property, technology development, validation and international market development together in one coherent ecosystem. The goal is clear: maximum purification performance with minimal energy and resource use, without conventional chemical dosing and with little or no residual waste.
Within PAAS, bionic innovation is not a one-off development phase but a continuous process. New scientific insights, field data and experience from international applications are constantly translated into further optimisation of technology, process control and energy use.
Every new analysis, pilot and installation adds to the shared knowledge base. This keeps the PAAS platform learning and evolving, making processes ever more precise, efficient and effective — chemical-free by design and aimed at preventing or minimising residual streams.
IWEDT works with carefully selected partners who have relevant market knowledge, technical expertise and access to local customers and projects. Within a clear licensing and collaboration model, partners gain access to PAAS technology, engineering, validation, training and commercial support.
By connecting local field experience internationally, a network emerges in which knowledge and measurement data are shared. This allows bionic, chemical-free solutions to be validated, adapted and responsibly scaled more quickly.
The PAAS International Research & Validation Center connects field engineering and real-world measurements with an international knowledge network of scientists, universities, research institutes and specialised technology partners.
Processes and applications are analysed and validated on the basis of measurable, reproducible and verifiable results.
We assess not only purification performance, but also energy and water use, operating costs and the generation of residual streams.
Underlying research and field data can be made available on request and, where necessary, under NDA.
IWEDT is open to collaboration with licensees, knowledge institutions, technology companies, industrial partners and investors who want to contribute to the international application and continuous advancement of PAAS.
